We are currently looking for a specialist to strengthen our marketing team for a fixed term (~two years) to work with Aruodas.lt, Skelbiu.lt, Kainos.lt and Paslaugos.lt projects, who would not only create content for social networks, but also have an aesthetic sense, know the latest trends, and turn digital marketing algorithms and ideas into results.

What you will be responsible for:
- Creating, publishing and maintaining content on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Creating and administering paid advertising on social networks (Meta Ads);
- Testing and optimizing different content and advertising formats, audiences and creative solutions;
- Promoting and moderating community engagement on social networks (Facebook groups).
What do we expect from you?
- Have at least 1 year of experience managing digital communication and marketing projects;
- You are familiar with social media trends, follow them and are able to apply them in practice;
- You have a good understanding of what visual content is engaging and effective;
- You are familiar with Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Canva;
- You have good literacy and communication skills;
- You are creative and boldly propose new ideas;
- You are able to work in a team and effectively manage several projects at the same time.
Your advantages:
- Experience working with IT/tech companies;
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
