Digital Content Change Coordinator.

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Digital Services Development Department. In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth updating of the content of the self-service website and other digital channels, the development of digital platforms and the implementation of changes. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Developing ESO self-service: ensuring effective review of functionalities, implementation of new solutions and solving emerging problems;
• Forming requirements: preparing and coordinating requirements, user stories and other project information;
• Coordinating changes: working in working groups and coordinating processes with IT teams and external contractors;
• Managing website content: administering eso.lt and related domains, initiating changes based on analytics and maintaining a consistent information architecture;
• Ensuring communication: ensuring timely internal and external information about changes and structuring the Confluence knowledge base;
• Fostering values: achieving the unit's goals, guided by the Group's values and strategic competencies.

This position requires:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in digital product/service development or change management;
• Higher university education;
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and ability to apply them in practice;
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs;
• Analytical, critical and creative thinking, excellent communication and project management skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,900 to 4,350 EUR (excluding taxes). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
