Nature of work
- Plan, organize and properly and timely perform the work stipulated in the contract with the client (at assigned facilities);
- Ensure the quality of cleaning work;
- Manage the budget of cleaning projects;
- Communicate with clients, if necessary, to smoothly resolve conflict situations (both in writing and verbally);
- Prepare documents related to cleaning services, as well as administer cleaning personnel documents.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (would be an advantage);
- Ability to effectively lead a team, motivate employees and coordinate daily work;
- Conflict management;
- Good planning, organizing and leadership skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Category B driver's license.
