With us, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop customer service strategies combining digital and physical channels, using creativity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with dynamic teams in the areas of process change, marketing, sales and analytics.
- Actively follow global market trends to improve customer experience in the bank.
- Collect, analyze and present results and information related to customer behavior and provide insights for action.
- Improve customer experience, with a strong focus on customer feedback analysis.
- Share the relevance of this field with colleagues.
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, digital marketing or finance.
- Experience in customer service, sales organization, digital marketing.
- Knowledge of bank products and processes.
- Willingness to develop new digital tools and apply them in customer service, analyze data and turn them into real actions.
- Proactive, structured and result-oriented.
- Experience in project management (would be an advantage).
- Fluent communication skills.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken), which you will apply when collaborating with colleagues from other countries.
- Ability to independently plan your work tasks, initiate process changes, mobilize colleagues for joint activities.
