Your responsibilities:
- Create and develop long-term, trust-based relationships with large business clients, listening to their needs and specifics of their activities;
- Provide comprehensive financing solutions and other banking services, ensuring that the solutions offered to clients contribute to their sustainable long-term goals;
- Assess clients' financial and sustainability risks, analyze business indicators, and forecast business prospects;
- Prepare and implement financing projects, ensuring a high quality standard and responsibility;
- Contribute to the growth of team members and the formation of stronger competencies through mentoring;
- Deepen expert knowledge in the chosen economic field and participate in the development of good practices in the team.
We expect you to:
- Have a higher education in economics, finance or business management;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance or financing project analysis (experience in banking is a significant advantage);
- Able to build long-term relationships with business clients and ensure professional and responsible cooperation;
- Have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
