Nature of work
Place of work: Vilnius, Kaunas.
- Organization and coordination of construction works at the facilities.
- Planning, supervision and control of the installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures and other construction works.
- Control of the execution of works according to the design documentation, deadlines, quality and technical requirements.
- Organization of works at the facility, coordination of the activities of employees and subcontractors.
- Communication with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with work safety, quality and technological processes at the facility.
- Work with documentation, reports, accounting of completed works and other construction process documents.
Employee requirements
- Special construction manager qualification certificate
- Experience in a construction work manager, project manager or similar position in the construction sector.
- Ability to read technical and construction project drawings.
- Understanding of construction processes, work organization and principles of installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures.
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and organize team work. - Responsibility, organization, leadership and result orientation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language; Russian is an advantage.
- Computer literacy, ability to work with basic office programs;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Driver's license (category B)
