- Ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Quality control of construction work.
- Supervision of compliance with safety requirements for construction work.
- Verification of the quantities of work performed.
- Planning the need for materials and services.
- Participation in resolving technical issues during construction.
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a construction manager.
- Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and legislation.
- Ability to read and analyze technical projects.
- Good work planning and organization skills.
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
- Category B driver's license.
We are looking for a construction manager for the implementation of a specific real estate development project from the start of construction to the handover of the building. After the successful implementation of the project, cooperation in other company projects is possible.
