We are looking for an experienced construction manager to organize and supervise construction and repair work at several facilities.
Job Description:
Scheduling construction work and monitoring its implementation;
Organizing daily work progress at facilities;
Coordination of foremen's work and distribution of tasks;
Driving between facilities in your own car;
Receiving materials, checking quantities and quality;
Receiving completed work, recording defects and controlling their elimination;
Ensuring deadlines, order and quality of work at facilities;
Working with individual activities.
