Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate construction work at the site.
- Ensure project implementation according to the planned deadlines, budget and quality requirements.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and control their activities.
- Lead the project team.
- Monitor the quality of work and compliance with technological processes.
- Prepare and manage project documentation.
- Represent the project in communication with customers and other project participants.
- Ensure project completion and delivery.
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction or engineering.
- Experience in construction project management.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and manage projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and legislation.
- Organizational and team management skills.
- Responsibility, result-oriented.
- Category B driver's license.
