Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
Experience in the position of construction manager in the renovation/modernization of apartment buildings (Advantage);
Certificate of construction manager of a special structure;
Personal qualities: independence, organization;

3600-4200 €/mon. gross
Wages are adjusted individually according to the employee's abilities.
