What awaits you?
- Planning, administration and coordination of supply orders
- Ensuring and optimizing inventory levels, working with inventory management software
- Communication with suppliers (in Lithuania and abroad), control of order deadlines
- Participation in the coordination of prices and supply conditions
- Checking invoices and receiving goods
- Preparing reports and analyzing data
Our expectations for the candidate:
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel – working with tables, filters, formulas; MS Word)
- Work experience with inventory management systems (STOCK-M – a big advantage)
- English language skills (written and spoken)
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to work independently and manage a large amount of information
- Result-oriented, good time management skills and meeting deadlines
- Work experience in the field of supply, logistics or administration – an advantage
