We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our talented Operations and Customer Experience team!

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our talented Operations and Customer Experience team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to B2B customers via phone, email, and other communication channels;
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and solutions, manage the communication between Operations and RnD departament towards the customer;
- Follow SLA and service processes;
- Support customer onboarding and deliver product-related training;
- Create and update internal Knowledge Base articles;
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role or strong willingness to learn if no direct experience;
- Interest in transport telematics solutions and motivation to grow expertise in this area (Experience with Telematics / Tracking Systems is considered a plus);
- Strong communication skills;
- Good English skills (B1-B2 level), especially for technical communication;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work in a team as well as find solutions independently.
