- Organization of gas cylinder filling, repair, reloading and removal works, and writing documents.
- Maintenance of the company's economy and repair works.
- Distribution of employees, work, technology and quality control.
- Organization and supervision of vehicle fleet and other equipment repairs. Coordination of the work of the repair team.
- Maintenance of various purpose buildings (storage, production, administration buildings);
- Various other works (transportation, purchases of necessary equipment, etc.)
- Control of work execution and quality, optimization of work productivity and increasing efficiency;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company and customers.
- Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with customers;
- Planning and executing work;
Employee requirements
- Management experience in technical, economic activities.
- Higher university education.
- Communicative skills, initiative, ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service, conflict resolution.
- Selection of engineering personnel, work distribution, supervision.
