TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (metal products)

You will organize and supervise the maintenance processes of production equipment, plan preventive work and ensure their timely execution.

You will diagnose equipment failures, participate in the solution of complex problems and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.

You will initiate technical improvements to increase the reliability and efficiency of production lines.

You will manage the list of critical spare parts and their stocks, cooperate with the purchasing department.

You will plan and coordinate repair work, work with the internal maintenance team and contractors.

You will prepare and update technical documentation and training materials, contribute to the development of employee competencies.

You will cooperate with other departments, ensuring a smooth production process.

You have a higher technical education (in mechanical, production engineering or a related field).
You are able to work with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
You have good working skills in MS Office.
You speak English at least at level B1 (for technical documentation and communication).
You have experience in metalworking or a manufacturing environment:
Knowledge of the operating principles and maintenance methods of industrial equipment;
Fault analysis and problem-solving skills;
Ability to plan maintenance work and assess equipment reliability;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.

2900-3400 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on experience, competencies, and quarterly performance-based bonuses.
