Nature of work
- technological preparation of new products for production;
- setting production times and material consumption standards;
- selection, preparation, testing and improvement of production equipment and tools;
- preparation and improvement of product technological documentation;
- advising employees on the selection of production raw materials, production technologies;
- continuous improvement of production processes and increase of efficiency;
- analysis of non-conformities of technological processes, preparation of preventive measures;
- calculation of product costs;
- Work with the Monitor program.
Employee requirements
- university or higher technical or engineering education;
- knowledge of technological requirements of production processes;
- skills in reading and interpreting technological documentation;
- diligence, responsibility, desire to improve in the field of technological process development;
- foresight, responsibility, organization, consistency in performing assigned tasks;
- excellent computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD/Solidworks, etc.);
- analytical thinking, ability to work both individually and in a team.
Advantages:
- knowledge of metalworking and welding technologies;
- experience in working with the production program "Monitor";
- oral and written knowledge of the English language;
- oral and written knowledge of the Russian language.
