You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of claims, complaints and other documents related to the company's activities;
- Representation of the company's interests in customs and other state institutions;
- Legal analysis of situations and submission of proposals;
- Consultation of managers and other company employees on civil, corporate, labor, customs, tax, EU, transport rights, real estate, public procurement legal issues;
- Preparation and coordination of public procurement documents;
- Preparation, coordination of contracts, supervision of contract execution;
- Preparation of internal company documents (procedures, letters, etc.).
Employee requirements:
You have a university degree in law;
You have experience in legal work;
You are fluent in Lithuanian;
You have knowledge of English (verbal and written), knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;
You have good skills in preparing legal documents;
You have excellent computer skills;
You are able to work independently, have good communication skills;
You are result-oriented, responsible, and want to improve.
