Nature of work

  • preparation, coordination and legal assessment of draft contracts;
  • participation in the activities of public procurement commissions, consulting on public procurement issues;
  • preparation of procedural documents for the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, representation of the institution in courts;
  • preparation of draft internal and external legal acts;
  • preparation and coordination of letters, claims and other documents;
  • consultation of the institution's employees on legal issues;
  • participation in NCC international projects;
  • performance of other legal tasks within the scope of competence.

Employee requirements

  • higher university degree (bachelor's and master's degrees) in the field of law or equivalent;
  • knowledge of legal acts regulating the organization and implementation of public procurement;
  • knowledge of recommendations for the preparation of draft legal acts;
  • knowledge of the rules for preparing documents;
  • excellent computer skills;
  • good organizational skills, quick orientation, diligence, diligence and responsibility;
  • excellent communication and cooperation skills;
  • ability to manage, accumulate, systematize and summarize information;
  • good English language skills.
