Nature of work
We are looking for an Equipment Procurement Engineer to join and strengthen our growing team located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16,.
Teltonika electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices – from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position you will:
- You will control supplier invoices and enter data into the company's internal inventory system.
- You will ensure data accuracy and monitor the quality of records in the inventory system.
- You will order and organize international transport (sea, air, road).
- You will resolve problems that arise during transportation.
- You will control carrier invoices and transport costs.
- You will track cargo movements and provide information to internal teams about delivery deadlines.
- You will submit documents for the preparation of import declarations.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in import logistics/supply chain (at least 1-2 years).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken, B2/C1 level).
- Responsibility, independence and good work planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel).
- Experience working with transport and customs documents.
- Ability to quickly and accurately enter data into internal systems.

Salary
Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 14 Eur/hr. to 16 Eur/hr. (~2352 Eur – 2688 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence. There is a possibility of receiving bonuses!
- The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
