Nature of work
- Demand planning and purchase requirement calculation for assigned product categories (metal products);
- Monitoring and ensuring a balanced inventory level in the warehouse;
- Active communication with European and Asian suppliers to ensure smooth supply organization: from purchase order to receipt in the warehouse (the commercial part of purchases is carried out by the purchasing department);
- Resolving non-conformities and other disruptions with suppliers;
- Administration of import documents;
- Constructive communication with sales, logistics, warehouse, etc. departments;
Employee requirements
- Supply manager experience in dealing with international partners (wholesale sr. - a big advantage)
- Organizational, negotiation skills, proactivity and creativity in solving challenges;
- Proficient English user (daily work with foreign suppliers);
- Experience working with ERP systems (Directo - a big advantage);
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions from them (Excel advanced level);
- Communicative skills, logical thinking and analytical skills, responsibility, flexibility;
- Ability to set priorities when working in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to work in a team;
