You will be responsible for:
- Cybersecurity policy formation and implementation: you will prepare strategic internal documents, control the implementation of security measures and constantly assess their relevance and effectiveness.
- Continuous monitoring and vulnerability management: using security monitoring, event analysis and vulnerability management tools, you will monitor network activity, perform infrastructure scans and provide recommendations for the implementation of security patches.
- Cyber incident management and investigation: you will promptly identify threats, organize system recovery and coordinate actions with the NKSC and other external teams.
- Risk and compliance assessment: you will conduct periodic risk assessments, ensure compliance with the Cybersecurity Law and assess security risks posed by service providers.
- Fostering a security culture: you will organize employee training, prepare methodological recommendations and take care of the overall level of cyber hygiene of the organization.
You will work closely with an experienced Cybersecurity Manager, who will ensure professional support, knowledge transfer, and focused engagement in the organization's cybersecurity activities.
We hope you:
- Has a higher university education (bachelor's degree) or equivalent qualification.
- Has work experience in the field of information technology or cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating cybersecurity, state information resource management and personal data protection (GDPR).
- Has technical knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server security principles.
- Able to independently plan work, analyze complex information and fluently present thoughts in the state language.
