As a Transport Operations Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate courier orders and manage flow distribution in the Baltics.
- Administer transport and logistics processes: control invoices, allocate costs and ensure data accuracy.
- Collect and analyze KPI indicators, update reports.
- Register and process claims, manage deadlines and compensations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly data, import them into accounting systems.
- Check, reconcile and submit invoices to accounting, take care of POD documentation.
- Maintain databases, prepare reports and monitor indicators.
- Collaborate with teams and partners, solve operational problems.
- Contribute to process improvement, participate in audits and perform other tasks.
We hope you:
- You have knowledge of logistics, transport and supply chain processes.
- You have worked with accounting and data management systems (e.g. ERP/AX, SharePoint).
- You are good at Excel and can work with large amounts of data.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking - you check data, analyze costs, identify discrepancies.
- You will be able to ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines.
- You solve problems quickly and respond effectively to non-standard situations.
- You easily communicate and collaborate with teams and partners in both Lithuanian and English.
- You have experience in claims administration and quality control (an advantage).
- You will be able to prepare reports, documentation and contribute to the standardization of processes.
