Main responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate repair and maintenance work of tractors and semi-trailers;
- Cooperate with service stations, suppliers and spare parts suppliers;
- Control the quality, deadlines and costs of repair work;
- Perform monitoring and preventive maintenance of the technical condition of the transport fleet;
- Analyze repair and operating costs, make proposals for their optimization;
- Ensure that vehicles meet technical and safety requirements;
- Administer documentation related to repairs and maintenance.
Objectives:
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the assigned vehicle fleet;
- Reduce vehicle downtime due to technical failures;
- Effectively manage repair and maintenance costs;
- Ensure timely performance of technical services and repairs;
- Develop and maintain effective cooperation with service partners.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in transport maintenance, repair coordination or transport management;
- Knowledge of the technical structure and operation of tractors and semi-trailers;
- Ability to plan work, make decisions and manage several processes simultaneously;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Good computer skills.
