Job description
We are looking for a versatile person for dynamic work. Main activity: customer service by phone, e-mail and live. Work with leisure items: speakers, various games, projectors, etc.
6-day work week: Monday and Friday live in the store, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with a more flexible schedule from home (also possible in the office).
Monday-Friday 9-18h, Saturday 10-15h.
Our high season is Summer (May-September), at other times it is more free and you can take more vacations.
Work activities:
Customer experience: Meet customers in the store, consult on the phone and promptly respond to inquiries by e-mail and track e-store orders.
Stuff Spa: Checking returned items, cleaning them, and if necessary, making minor repairs to make them look like new again.
Administration and Finance: Managing daily accounting – issuing invoices, tracking payments, making sure all financial documents are in order.
Everyone else “needs”: From packing packages to generating ideas on how to make Have.Rent even better.
