Your responsibilities will be:
- Professionally serve customers by phone, e-mail and live;
- Consult customers about services, their progress, deadlines, prices and technical requirements;
- Administer customer requests and data in CRM and other IT systems;
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing calls and e-mail management;
- Resolve more complex customer situations and ensure smooth problem resolution;
- Contribute to improving customer service processes, standards and quality;
- Analyze KPI indicators, customer service results and provide suggestions to increase operational efficiency;
- Prepare commercial offers, administer sales processes and cooperate with other company departments;
- Timely issue and submit invoices to customers and the finance department;
- If necessary, carry out sales in accordance with the company's approved sales process;
- If necessary, you will look for new clients and actively work with the company's existing clients and partners;
- If necessary, you will analyze the market, customer needs and prepare reports related to the work performed.

- You have work experience in a call center, customer service or query management;
- You speak Lithuanian and English fluently;
- You are proficient in MS Office programs;
- You are analytical, responsible and result-oriented;
- You are able to work both independently in a dynamic environment and in a team;
