Your main responsibilities:
●Administer and calculate incoming customer inquiries: work with dimensions, technical information, drawings, price calculations and order preparation.
●Ensure impeccable customer service: from establishing a relationship, clarifying needs, smooth communication throughout the order process to preparing a proposal and becoming long-term partners.
●Coordinating orders internally and externally: take care of order transfer issues within the company's internal departments (production, logistics, accounting, etc.) and coordinate the process, and resolve any issues that arise together with the team.
●Administer order-related documents, invoices and payment information.

●Have experience in customer service, sales administration, order coordination or a similar position where it is important to accurately manage information and communicate with customers;

●Able to communicate clearly, calmly and smoothly with different customers and colleagues in various situations while maintaining professionalism;
●You are curious, hardworking and want to delve into processes and technical details of the product;
●Have a sense of responsibility for the overall result of the company and want to work in a long-term perspective while growing within the company;
●You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, Polish, knowledge of other languages is an advantage (English, Russian).

●You have worked with accounting, pricing or order management systems (e.g. Klaes).
