Organization of employment and dismissal of third-party employees and document management, in cooperation with the Migration Department and Sodra.
Preparation, administration and updating of employment contracts and personnel documents (personal files, internal procedures).
Search, selection and assessment of drivers for international long-distance trips.
Providing assistance to employees in resolving issues.
Performing other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Employee requirements
You have experience in personnel selection (driver selection experience is an advantage);
You have excellent communication skills and are able not only to listen, but also to persuade;
You are fluent in Russian;
You are proactive, result-oriented and know how to present a job offer in an attractive way;
You have knowledge of third-party employee recruitment processes in Lithuania.
