Nature of work:
- Assessment of the quality of drivers' work and implementation of improvement measures;
- Preparation, updating and improvement of driver training materials;
- Implementation of projects related to the development and improvement of the driver education system;
- Consulting drivers on work issues;
- Instruction, issuance of work inventory before departure;
- Remote consulting of truck and car transporter drivers (eco-driving);
- Discussion of drivers' results by phone and provision of recommendations;
- Monitoring and analysis of new driver training.
Requirements:
- Excellent skills in working with specialized transport management programs and training platforms;
- Independence and result orientation;
- Ability to think analytically and evaluate data;
- Ability to instruct drivers verbally in English and Russian (required).
