Your main tasks:
- create and maintain data models, ETL processes and Qlik Sense (QS) and QlikView (QV) reports;
- analyze large amounts of data from ERP, CRM, warehouse and other systems;
- create advanced QS/QV visualizations and automations (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX);
- lead a small team - mentor, plan and jointly implement projects;
- collaborate with sales, logistics and finance departments, identify problems and quickly propose and implement solutions;
- develop and improve the company's analytics strategy and data management practices;
- monitor KPIs, prepare forecasts and provide management with clear, actionable insights.
What do we expect from you:
- higher education (economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or similar);
- 3–5+ years of strong hands-on experience in business analytics;
- excellent practical knowledge: SQL, QS/QV (Power Query, DAX), Excel (very high level);
- ability to quickly organize data, create models and automate processes;
- analytical thinking, curiosity, result orientation and ability to communicate clearly.
