WHAT ARE YOU DOING?:
- Analyze the company's financial results, income, costs and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, identify risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate the profitability and payback of projects and clients.
- Create financial models: forecasts, scenarios, sensitivity ("what if") analyses.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and its implementation control.
- Optimize financial analysis processes and implement automation solutions (Excel, Power BI).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, annual and special reports.
- Contribute to business analytics and process improvement projects.
THIS IS YOU IF:
- Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics, business analytics or similar field.
- Experience in a finance or business analyst position.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (functions, pivot tables, financial models - an advantage).
- Good knowledge of financial indicators and accounting principles.
- Has analytical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Directo or other BI tools - an advantage.
- Understanding of construction or project activities - an advantage.
