Nature of work
- Ensure financial control of the company.
- Monitor the company's income, expenses and profitability according to cost centers
- Participate in preparing the company's strategy and forecasts - perform data analysis, provide proposals
- Participation in the annual budgeting process;
- Develop and strengthen the company's internal control and supervision procedures, participate in the development of processes and methodologies, and in the stages of improving the efficiency of operations
- Prepare and provide information to internal and external auditors, government institutions
- Develop analytics tools and create automation and digitalization solutions
- Monitor the indicators (KPIs) and assessment of the finance department;
- Participate in new projects, digitalization of processes.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in the fields of financial analysis and control;
- Higher university degree in finance, mathematics;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- Experience working with analytics tools (MS Excel, PowerBI, Query would be an advantage), and SAP system
- Critical analytical thinking;
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to manage a large flow of data and information.
