As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop sales of renewed products in European markets, working with existing and new B2B customers.
- Collect and analyze customer needs, collaborate with the supply team to plan the most popular consumer electronics and IT product range.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners in various sales channels.
- Expand cooperation with existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities and customers.
- Negotiate with customers on prices, product range, delivery terms and other commercial aspects, achieving the best business results.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and the competitive environment, identifying new business development opportunities.
- Evaluate sales results, initiate actions for business growth and contribute to the implementation of the sales strategy.
- Cooperate with the Product Management, Sales, Logistics and Marketing teams, implementing joint projects.
- Prepare sales forecasts, analysis and performance reports and ensure the implementation of agreed sales targets and KPIs.
We hope you:
- Have successful B2B sales, Key Account Management or business development experience in consumer electronics, IT, telecommunications or related fields. Experience working with renewed/refurbished products would be a great advantage.
- You are sales-oriented, able to build and develop long-term relationships with customers and grow the business.
- Have experience working with customers in Retail, E-tail, SMB, B2B, distribution or Telco channels - we would consider this a great advantage.
- Have excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Able to work independently, take responsibility for your goals and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- You think analytically and are able to work with sales data, forecasts and performance analysis.
- You have good knowledge of the IT or consumer electronics market - this would be a great advantage.
- Have good oral and written English skills.
