Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Actively seek new customers in the Baltics and Western Europe
- Organize and participate in meetings with potential partners, logistics events and exhibitions
- Negotiate with customers on transportation rates, services and contract terms
- Analyze customers' business processes and logistics chains in detail, prepare detailed business cases and propose customized logistics solutions
- Manage logistics projects from initial analysis to full implementation (coordination with internal teams, suppliers and customers, control of deadlines and budget)
- Cooperate and negotiate with C-level managers, prepare and present strategic proposals to them
- Monitor market trends and competition in order to ensure optimal services to customers
- Perform other logistics-related tasks
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or economics)
- Experience in sales or business development in the field of logistics/transport/forwarding
- Successful experience in actively searching for and attracting new B2B clients (especially in the Baltics and Western Europe)
- Experience in communicating and negotiating with C-level managers
- Strong project management experience in logistics or supply chain
- Ability to analyze business processes in detail and prepare business cases
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
- Willingness to travel a lot (meetings, exhibitions, visits to clients)
- Independence, initiative and result orientation
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and the ability to prepare professional presentations
