Nature of work
- Pleasant communication when greeting guests, checking them in and out;
- Providing information directly, by phone, by e-mail;
- Working with the hotel management program Protel and the cash register;
- Preparing and issuing invoices in the system;
- Accepting and administering reservations for SPA areas;
- Additional knowledge of hotel services and the ability to present them to guests is desirable;
- Effectively and quickly assisting guests during their stay by communicating directly by phone and e-mail;
- Performing tasks assigned by other managers;
- Working on a rotating schedule, on days off (working every fourth day);
Employee requirements
We expect that you:
Love and are able to communicate, work effectively both independently and in a team;
Fluent in Lithuanian and at least one foreign language (another language is an advantage);
Computer literacy;
Experience working with a hotel reservation system (Protel is an advantage);
Quick reaction and ability to navigate unusual situations;
Have a desire and goal to achieve new knowledge and a high level of guest service
