Hotel Administrator at Hospitality Complex

UAB “Monte Pacis” is a Hospitality complex (hotel****, restaurant) located in Pažaislis Monastery in one of the most beautiful places in Kaunas!

We invite HOTEL ADMINISTRATORS to join our team for mixed shifts.

Job Description:

1. You will manage the hotel reservations for 13 rooms and create hospitality for guests staying at the Monte Pacis**** hotel
2. You will accept restaurant guest reservations and transfer information about them
3. You will provide initial information to event clients about their planned celebrations and other events
4. You will manage some of the documentation (electronic invoices, gift vouchers, etc.)
5. You will communicate and collaborate with other departments of the Hospitality Complex
6. You will work day and night shifts 8:00 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 08:00 according to a rotating schedule.

The most important requirement is your desire to apply your skills, learn a lot and do a lot while serving the guests of the Hospitality Complex!

1. Work experience is desirable. If you do not have it, the hotel manager will train you
2. Motivation for work and attention to the guest
3. Stress resistance, quick orientation, helpfulness, flexibility and stubbornness
4. Very good command of Lithuanian and English is a must. If you know Russian or German, it will be an advantage for you and us
