We invite a PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST to join the public procurement department team and find not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Organization and implementation of public procurement procedures in accordance with the requirements of legal acts;
- Preparation of procurement documents and ensuring that they comply with the principles of transparency and legality;
- Publication and reporting (in CVP IS and other systems);
- Verification of compliance of documents prepared by procurement initiators and provision of recommendations;
- Consulting suppliers - preparation of responses to inquiries and reports;
- Preparation, coordination, organization of signing and registration of contracts with suppliers.
We hope you will have:
- Higher university education (advantage – in the field of law);
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar field (advantage – public procurement or law);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian. Knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Good MS Office skills and experience working with the CVP IS system;
- Ability to analyze information, plan, communicate and collaborate in a reasoned manner;
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative and teamwork skills.
