I am Agnė Aliulienė, Head of Marketing at ACC Distribution. Our marketing team plays an important role in the company – with our work we create added value for both our business partners and colleagues within the company.
We are looking for a Public Relations and Communication Project Manager who would ensure consistent communication of ACC Distribution and the brands represented in the Baltic States. In the future, the responsibilities of this position may also include the Polish and Finnish markets.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire communication process – from planning and collecting material to editing, distributing, maintaining media relations and monitoring results.

We hope you
- You have at least 3 years of experience in public relations, communication or communication project coordination, have worked with several brands or different markets.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English and are able to professionally edit, revise and adapt texts for different channels.
- You are able to assess whether the communication content meets the brand positioning, target audience and the needs of a specific media channel.
- You are well-versed in the Lithuanian media market and have experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with journalists and editors. Experience working with Latvian and Estonian media or communication partners is a great advantage.
- You are able to independently manage the entire public relations process – coordinate information, people, partners, deadlines and budgets, respond quickly to changes, set priorities and coordinate the communication of several brands simultaneously.
- You communicate perfectly in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Latvian, Estonian, Polish or Finnish is an advantage.
- You are proactive, responsible, organized, attentive to details and result-oriented.
