We are looking for a curious and experienced Chief Accountant who not only calculates accurately, but also sees the big picture. If you have experience in a manufacturing company, and accounting is not just a job for you, but also a professional calling, we invite you to become the leader of a professional team of 5 accountants!
What you will do once you are logged in:
By joining our team, you will not only lead a team of 5 talented accountants, but also actively contribute to the company's important financial processes:
- You will be responsible for the financial control of investment projects;
- You will keep accounting for EU-supported projects and ensure their transparency;
- You will reconcile accounting data with business management accounting and help create a clear financial picture for the company;
- You will contribute to the planning and execution of the annual budget;
- Together with the team, you will prepare for and pass the company's financial audits - here your accuracy and experience will be highly valued.
What we expect you to bring:
- Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
- At least 1 year of work experience as a chief accountant or in a similar position;
- Good English and Russian language skills, or very good ability to use translation programs (B1 level - both oral and written);
- Good skills in working with MS Excel;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and business accounting standards (VAS/TAS);
- Diligence, responsibility, desire to grow and develop the team.
