We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst with experience in the asset management domain (preferably IBM Maximo Asset Management (AM)) to join a comprehensive energy asset management transformation project and contribute to the development of future solutions. You will contribute to the development of a green and safe energy ecosystem:
- Evaluating and accepting the contractor's IBM Maximo AM solution analysis, ensuring that it meets business needs, agreed project scope and architectural principles;
- Analyzing and refining business and IT requirements, identifying missing information, dependencies, risks and uncertainties;
- Performing analysis of IBM Maximo AM integrations with other systems, evaluating data flows, interfaces, APIs, integration logic, data transformations and validation rules;
- Overseeing the analysis backlog, assessing requirements quality, dependencies, risks and scope changes.
Important for this position:
- Higher university education in IT, informatics, engineering or exact sciences;
- At least 5 years of work experience as an IT analyst in complex IT projects;
- Experience in the Asset Management domain, especially in the areas of technological/infrastructure asset operation, maintenance, repair or work management;
- Experience working in projects where the analysis and implementation of the solution is performed by an external contractor - ability to evaluate, accept and control the analysis and solutions prepared by the contractor from the customer's side;
- Experience in migration projects when changing the existing asset management system or transferring functionality from an old system to a new one;
- Understanding of SQL and data structures;
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence;
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,190 to EUR 4,770 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
