Our client is a company in the field of technology business "Novian Technologies" actively working in Lithuania, Estonia, Norway, Moldova, Africa and other countries of the world, focusing on new technological opportunities for business and the public sector, paying much attention to the smooth operation of the IT economy and aligning its infrastructure with new technological opportunities.
The company works a lot with the maintenance and servicing of extremely complex critical IT infrastructure.
Recently, the volume of supercomputer projects has been growing, we cooperate with scientists in the development of quantum computer topics.
Companies in the field of technology Novian are actively working in the areas of critical IT infrastructure services, modern digital workplaces, providing project general contracting management and other services.
Currently, the company is strengthening its team and is looking for an IT services sales manager

What Will You Do?

Your main tasks will be:
  • Actively expand our IT services client portfolio, searching for new business opportunities and building relationships that turn into strong long-term partnerships.
  • Implement an ambitious IT services sales strategy and achieve ambitious goals.;
  • Participate in strategic decision-making, providing insights into customer needs and market opportunities, and contribute to the creation of professional proposals, presentations and other sales documents.
  • Create and present attractive, clearly value-communicating IT service offers and ensure that customers feel your involvement and the value of our services.
  • Monitor IT market changes and react faster than competitors, offering innovative and customer-oriented solutions;
  • Cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals, because only a strong team wins.

You'll Be Successful If:

We hope that you:
  • Have a higher education or even better – in the field of information technology, telecommunications or exact sciences.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in IT services or solutions sales (B2B experience is a big advantage).
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers, listen to their needs and present IT service solutions that meet them exactly.
  • Excellent time planning and organizational skills – able to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously and maintain focus on the most important priorities.
  • Responsibility, partnership approach, teamwork skills and constant interest in IT market trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (other foreign languages are your advantage).

Advantages:
  • Experience in modern IT infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of RedHat, Google, AWS, Oracle, VMware, IBM, Microsoft integrations and cloud products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, understanding of IT services and processes (ITIL), ability to analyze service health, identify causes of incidents and enhance customer satisfaction.
