As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
- You will build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers.
- You will ensure smooth cooperation between customers and company teams.
- You will respond promptly to customer questions, complaints and malfunctions.
- You will prepare non-warranty repair offers and coordinate open inquiries.
- You will be responsible for searching and purchasing spare parts.
- You will be responsible for managing warehouse balances.
- You will administer payments and issue invoices.
- You will monitor and analyze the progress of repairs.
- You will analyze existing customers and actively initiate the search for new business partners.
