Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company's real estate project sales strategy;
- Lead a sales team of 2-3 people, organize their work, set goals and ensure the achievement of results;
- Analyze the market, competitors and buyer behavior, provide proposals for pricing and sales tactics;
- Ensure a smooth sales process from the first contact to the completion of the transaction;
- Know advertising distribution tools, have sufficient competence to predict and plan sales campaigns;
- Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing sales campaigns;
- Monitor sales indicators, prepare reports for management and propose efficiency solutions;
- Participate in negotiations with customers and in key sales stages;
- Contribute to improving customer experience and building long-term relationships.
We hope you:
- You have sales management experience (in the NT sector - a big advantage);
- You have led a team or have strong leadership skills;
- You have an excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes, negotiations and customer needs analysis;
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers;
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills;
- You are result-oriented and are not afraid of responsibility for sales goals;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
